No prior experience with yoga is necessary to participate.
- We will start with a brief explanation of yoga philosophy principles related to community and the importance of nourishing all the koshas (layers of our existence).
- A brief journaling prompt will invite you to consider practical ways to tend to yourself and others with care and compassion--whether that's during times of hardship, or just day-to-day.
- Next, we will move into a gentle physical yoga practice (pranayama and asana) designed for all levels.
- Finally, we will close with a period of guided relaxation and restorative rest.
